TrueTicket.shop ("we", "us") facilitates the resale of match tickets for the 2026 FIFA World Cup between sellers and buyers. We are a resale marketplace, not the original ticket issuer, and prices listed reflect market resale value, not face value.
Every order must be verified over WhatsApp before payment is finalized. During this step we confirm the match, seat category, price, and delivery method with you directly. No payment is considered final until this verification has taken place. It is your responsibility to review these details carefully before proceeding to payment.
Tickets or transfer/mobile-entry credentials are delivered digitally after payment has cleared and been confirmed. Delivery timelines will be communicated during WhatsApp verification and may vary depending on the match and seating category.
Because resale tickets are tied to specific seats and matches, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of each order (e.g. a match being postponed, cancelled, or a ticket failing to be delivered as described). Any dispute should be raised with our WhatsApp support as soon as possible so it can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
While we make reasonable efforts to verify ticket authenticity before resale, we cannot control decisions made by venue staff, organizers, or official ticketing systems at the point of entry. We are not liable for denial of entry resulting from circumstances outside our control.
You agree not to use this site for fraudulent transactions, chargebacks initiated in bad faith after receiving a valid ticket, or attempts to resell tickets obtained through this service in violation of the original issuer's terms.
TrueTicket.shop's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including travel costs, accommodation, or other expenses connected to attending a match.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
